Notes
There will be NO PROFESSIONAL PRESS ACCREDITATION during the convention unless
previously confirmed. Journalists and others from accredited media who are
interested in doing a story about the convention prior to the event
should contact chair@wfc2012.org.
PLEASE NOTE: Everybody attending the convention (including dealers,
artists and all program participants) and its events must have a valid membership.
Anybody not wearing a convention badge with their own name on it will be
refused admission. The convention also reserves the right to refuse or
refund memberships it deems inappropriate.
REFUNDS POLICY: WFC 2012 has a NO REFUND policy.
Memberships are transferable with a letter or e-mail from the original purchaser.
You may transfer your membership to another person by emailing
registration@wfc2012.org,
with the name and contact information of the person to whom you have sold or given your membership.
The new member will then be asked to fill out a registration form to complete the process.
Transfers requests received on or after October 25, 2012 will be processed at the convention.
The transferee of such a request must bring a copy of the e-mail from the original member,
proof of payment and a picture ID when registering at the convention.
We do not operate a membership-matching service or electronic forum; however, there
are many online message boards that may include messages from people
attempting to buy and sell memberships.
