World Fantasy Awards Ballot and Lifetime Achievement Awards
The eligibility of the nominated material published in 2011 or having a 2011 cover date has been determined, all of the reader nomination ballots have been counted, the judges have added their choices and the World Fantasy Awards Ballot is ready.

The convention is pleased to announce that the 2012 World Fantasy Lifetime Achievement Awards will be presented to Alan Garner and George R.R. Martin. The awards will take place on Sunday, November 4, following the afternoon banquet.

Banquet
The World Fantasy Awards will be presented Sunday, November 4, following (and in the same room as) the afternoon banquet, which will be held in the York Ballroom A. Seating will begin at 12:30pm and the banquet itself will begin at 1pm. Banquet tickets cost $70 CDN per person for a four-course luncheon including two bottles of wine for each table, all applicable taxes, gratuities, and service charges. Banquet tickets are not included in the cost of your membership, nor do banquet tickets include admission to the convention. Everyone attending the banquet must be a member of the convention and must also have a separate banquet ticket.

Dealer's Room
If you are interested in selling or exhibiting in the Dealers' Room, prices are as follows:
The first table will be $125 CAD with each subsequent table booked costing $100 CAD. In order to accommodate as many dealers as possible, each dealer will be initially limited to a maximum of three tables. More than three tables may be available in exceptional circumstances.

Art Show
If you have previously exhibited in a World Fantasy Convention Art Show in 2 of the last 4 years (please tell us which ones—we are required to check), have been a Guest of Honour at a World Fantasy Convention, have been a World Fantasy Award winner, you are exempt from the jury selection process. You may apply without any further steps.
